This chalet bungalow already had a ground floor extension but our brief was to build over the top of it adding a further 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
We also made alterations downstairs knocking through a few walls to create open plan living, adding a porch, installing a new kitchen, new windows and bi-folds aswell as all new electrics and plumbing works. This house is like the tardis and is a great example of how the layout of a house can be transformed with a little know how!
