This old derelict bungalow needed a complete renovation.
It hadn’t been touched since the 1950’s and had a whole host of problems on the inside aswell as the outside – the garden was one big overgrown tangle of trees and bushes. A huge task for us to get it all completed in just 6 months.
Our brief was not only to renovate but to also make some big interior alterations. The old kitchen became a bedroom, while the old bedrooms were knocked through to create a beautiful, spacious kitchen/diner with French doors leading on to the decked gardens. We opened up the roof space creating 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which transformed the property as well as adding a porch to the front.
